• MUST BE comfortable and willing to be on live face-to-face zoom calls with english-speaking customers every day.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience in customer or account management preferred.
• Familiarity with technology or IT services is a plus (e.g., SharePoint, Salesforce, CRM, PowerBI, Wordpress, Digital Marketing, etc.) — training will be provided.
• Must work exclusively with our company (no side jobs or multiple clients).
• Availability during Pacific Time (7 AM–3 PM PST).
• Willing to use Time Doctor for time tracking.
• Part-time or full-time opportunities available.
