Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with potential clients and strategic partners.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product offering to deliver compelling pitches and tailored solutions.
  • Qualify leads and coordinate handoffs with the sales team to close deals efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of all business development activities using CRM tools.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and campaigns.
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and contribute ideas to optimize business development processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or similar growth-focused roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging executives and decision-makers.
  • Self-starter with a high level of accountability and ownership.
  • Comfortable conducting outreach and managing multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Highly organized and goal-oriented, capable of managing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience with CRM platforms for tracking and managing sales pipelines.
  • Previous experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B environments.
