JIRA Administrator en Nisum Latam

We are looking for a person who is technical, have experience with Atlassian tools and in the same time has great people skills.

The ideal candidate would have worked in a company where they were using Atlassian tools. He could be a Atlassian tools admin or he could be a sys admin in the company and one of his task was to administer Jira.

Primary skills:

Atlassian Tools Knowledge - This is a position to be a support person for Atlassian tools, a high level of experience in the tools is important. Jira is a must everything else is a plus.

Administration of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Hipchat, Fisheye, Crucible

1. Front end Administration (Schemes, User Management, System)

2. Back end Administration (Installation, Server, Cloud, Migration, Integration with other tools…)

3. Addons (Tempo, Portfolio, easyBI, nFeed, Script Runner, other)

DevOps Knowledge - Experience with administration and devops is a big plus:

Windows, Linux, iOS, Cloud, AWS, Anthill, Chef

Advanced English - The job is in English, lots of calls to clients so excellent English is a must

Customer Service and Support skills - It is important that the person is communicative and likes to work with customers to solve their problems and help them

Additional skills:

• Agile - experience of agile practices is a big plus
• Programming - Experience in primarily Groovy, or Java or other is a big plus
• Business Analysis - Experience in understanding business processes and modeling is a plus
• Documentation, collaboration and organization - Willingness to help the company to get better organized is a plus
• Other project management tools (QC, Rally, Trello…) this is a plus
