Marketing Manager en MACH

MACH is a corporate startup of 10 passionate developers, digital marketers and business developers willing to transform the way that people make payments. We are going to launch a new mobile app during the coming weeks with an ambitious go to market plan to reach millennials, small businesses and e-commerces 

As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for designing and deploying our go-to-market strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone willing to take the challenge of helping us grow to become a market leader and join an awesome team changing the way we make payments in Chile.

You will:

• Develop marketing strategies based on market and user research and insights, strong analytics (including costs, conversion, retention, LTV and ROI)
• Promote customer acquisition strategies that define go-to-market campaign initiatives including events, partnerships, promotions, campaigns and loyalty programmes
• Help leverage customer insights learnings, and think creatively about how to segment, target and reach potential customers with the appropriate messages, and ensure validation through testing
• Create affiliate programs to help fuel our growth

REQUIREMENTS

• 4-6 years of B2C digital marketing experience with best-in-class payments, consumer tech or financial services a big plus
• History of demonstrating results via data-driven marketing campaigns
• Experience in offline marketing would be helpful
• Extremely data-focused, advanced Excel skills and strong data visualization skills.
• Capacity to work closely and communicate effectively in an ever-changing environment with tight deadlines.
• Ability to clearly and consistently work side-by-side with a broad range of people and functions to deliver against complex initiatives - which are completed on-time, on-budget, and over target.
• Hustle is key, in our team we move quickly and execute to allow for continual iteration
