Full-Stack Developer en Bookmark

Bookmark is looking for a Full-Stack Developer for it’s digital team in Santiago, Chile.

The full-stack developer will on a typical day: 

• Work with a dynamic team in Santiago and Montreal to create interactive websites .
• Use the latest technologies to write readable and re-useable code .
• Help the Front-End Developer to solve problems 

• Respond to several requests at once 

• Investigate anomalies in our websites 

• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs 

• Ensure the quality of your work and that of your team 


Our ideal candidate: 


• Proficient with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON 

• Proficient with PHP & MySQL 

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs 

• Experience with PHP frameworks (Laravel, CakePHP) 

• Experience with Wordpress 

• Proficient with GIT versioning 

• Learns quickly 

• Works well in a team 

• Can ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications 

• Takes data-driven decisions about the future of the application 

• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization 

• Proven experience with relational databases and document-based databases 

• Proven experience managing at least one Linux distribution (preferably Debian, 
Ubuntu, or alike), understands how to install, configure and manage a LAMP stack. 

• Experience writing and up keeping documentation 

• In collaboration with other developers, determine effective programming 
architectures, development strategies, and infrastructure choices to achieve 
business goals and satisfy stakeholder requirements 

• Plan, code, unit test, and deploy major projects, features, and applications 

• Troubleshoot major applications; determine appropriate solutions, mitigation 
plans, and bug fixes.
• Good level of  spoken and written English. Interviews  will be in English.
