What do you do

• You write CSS styles for websites & apps using PSD documents & semantic HTML output
• You rewrite HTML output when needed (you know well templating languages such as Twig, Mustache, and Drupal
• theming layer)
• You setup well organized SCSS folders structure (you understand what BEM stands for)
• You add dynamic behaviors using JavaScript.
• You add animations / transitions using CSS3 & JavaScript.
• You optimize any piece of HTML / JS / CSS when needed.

How do you do so

• You over-care about semantic.
• You love lightweight web pages.
• You know the devices tips & tricks (like how to do a fast slider in any mobile device, as fast as a native one).
• You always show strong engagement.
• You are used to working with distributed team.
• You use only open-source technologies.
• You are able to work with big git repository and plenty of branches.
• Your computer is powerful enough to run several Docker containers or Vagrant VMs (CPU with VT-X or AMD-V).
