The Opportunity…

We are looking for a front-end developer to work closely with our UX design team to create world-class customer experiences.

You Get To…

• Conceptualize, design, create, and test, HTML/HTML5, CSS and JavaScript interaction designs that meet accessibility and web browser standards.
• Implement responsive designs to support desktop, mobile and tablet environments.
• Develop and optimize existing features, as well as prototype and implement new features.
• Advocate web interaction design best practices, with a focus on consistency and usability.
• Interpret existing site design and style guides by creating pixel perfect web pages from Photoshop files.
• Provide scoping and estimating for front-end development tasks.
• Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to client and project stakeholders.
• Work with creative designers to incorporate visual and brand identities into features.
• Design effort level scoping (LOE, SOW and proposals).
• Research and understand latest interaction design trends, methodologies.

Your Background…

• At least 3-5 years of hands-on front-end coding in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, SASS/LESS.
• Expert with cross-platform, multi-browser issues.
• Familiar with responsive/adaptive design and mobile development best practices.
• Experience with React/Bootstrap
• Experience with tools like JQuery, Angular.js, Backbone.js, Prototype.js, Require.js, Greensock, etc.
• Experience with Git
• A clear understanding of best practices in UX and Design
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and slicing PSD files
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Balsamiq or Axure
• Experience with unit and integration testing
• A deep appreciation of the beauty of code simplicity.
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Ecommerce experience it is a must.
  • VTEX platform experience is an important requirement
