Project Manager en Comarch

For its Sao Paulo branch Comarch is looking for a self-driven, communicative and ambitious Project Manager to join the team responsible for development of its operations in the Brazil region.

Main Responsibilities:

• Facilitating day-to-day coordination while adhering to standards and sponsor expectations
• Ensuring client requirements are captured accurately and completely Creating and maintaining project documentation Acting as the link between the assigned project resources and key stakeholders Co-operate with other Program
• Manager and Project Managers to drive innovation solutions for the Client
• Monitoring projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress/quality, managing issue resolution
• Managing the process to assess gaps and develop action plans to address these gaps
• Communication to project team members, key stakeholders and sponsors
• Work with cross-functional team, contractors, and vendors to deliver critical projects
• Serve as primary contact to senior department managers for critical change initiatives within a highly matrix environment
• Use disciplined project management methodology to define scope, develop project plan, and execute projects that adhere to guidelines and deliver within cost and schedule

Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in a Project Manager role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science/engineering or related fields
• IT experience – must be able to demonstrate experience managing technical aspects of a project or initiative, and be comfortable with IT concepts
• Basic knowledge about Telco OSS
• Knowledge of project management vocabulary and terminology. Mastery of project domain.
• Excellent language skills – Spanish is required. Very good English skills are essential.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytic, and critical thinking skills. Excellent comself-assertion skills.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Innovation attitude – develop new and unique ways to improve operations of the organization and to create new opportunities
• Requires international travel on a project basis
