Reign is a multicultural creative agency. We design and develop software for mobile: responsive websites, chat bots, WeChat solutions, and apps for iOS and Android.

We work with brand-name clients like Hyperloop, Porsche, Falabella, Coca-Cola Embonor, Nike and Sesame Street, as well as innovative startups. Since 2008 we’ve been helping our clients around the world from our offices in Shanghai, Barcelona, Santiago and Bangkok.

Our agile team of in-house designers, developers and business experts will help guide your project from idea to finished product.

As a Developer at Reign, you'll be using the latest and greatest technologies to build breakthrough mobile and web experiences. We create apps for iOS and Android, and many of our projects involve web and backend components. This is an on-site position in Santiago, Chile.

Reign is growing, and we're looking for someone to manage our projects in Chile. The Project Manager oversees the development, design and delivery of Reign's client projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with our Business Development Manager in Chile, our developers and designers and our brand-name clients. This is an on-site position in Santiago, Chile.

• Assess, prepare and update all documents through the project lifecycle: estimations, timelines, status updates, project signoffs.
• Manage resourcing and budgets for projects
• Communicate roles & responsibilities of team members for each project.
• Day-to-day management of developers and designers
• Facilitate effective processes, workflows and internal collaboration.
• Be aware of, and help to remove, blockages that might arise for any team-member
• Be the initial point of contact for the client, for any client's concerns or questions, and manage communication with the client.

WHAT YOU NEED

• 2+ years' experience as a project manager, preferably in a software development environment
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience budgeting, scheduling, and leading a project from strategy and planning through launch
• Experience managing teams of developers as well as designers
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented professional with an ability to juggle multiple projects and competing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Be familiar with the Scrum methodology of project management
• Experience writing detailed technical specifications and bug reports
• Responsive and flexible to evolving responsibilities and changing client needs.
• Capable of leading inter-disciplinary teams on small to mid-scale digital projects
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with a variety of team members, including remote employees
• Must have strong conflict resolution, facilitation and problem solving skills
• Should be an excellent communicator, with strong written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Keynote

• Familiarity with mobile and web technologies (iPhone, Android) and app stores is a major plus
• Experience with bugtracking software such as JIRA
• Experience with PM software such as Basecamp
