The Challenge:

The tasks:

• Leading different projects in its entire process. It means that he needs to be in charge of the research, design, develop, testing and continuous improvements of each one of it.
• Identify and execute analysis to uncover areas of opportunity and present actionable solutions to improve our products.(through data analysis, UX design/architecture, user tests and A/B tests).
• Model each project from scratch, starting with wireframes and working hand by hand with the design team to define mockups.
• Transmit ideas and give support to developments team, to give them the necessary insights to create each new feature.
• Follow and execute protocols of QA to ensure that each feature/product is according to the standards and meet every requirement asked at the beginning of the project (QA checks, testing sprints and new deploys).
• Defining methods for quantifying success (or failure) and ensure that the team can clearly understand and articulate its objectives with your help (data driven analytical approach)

That’s why we are looking for someone like you:

• Engineers, designers, journalists or similar with web and mobile project management background.
• Fluent in English.
• Up to  2 years of solid of Product Owner experience or similar, managing entire product development lifecycle from conception to launch and iteration for web, mobile and apps.
• Proven experience in mobile and web product design and project management, working with cross-functional teams such as designers and developers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast moving and ever changing environment with maturity and foresight to cope with input and changes, sometimes at the last minute.
• Deep knowledge of UX principles, methodologies and architecture (for web and mobile).
• Experience creating wireframes, storyboards and prototypes.
• Basic technical understanding of online product development (limitations, speed issues, databases, and overall technical structure).
• Knowledge of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
