MACH is a corporate startup willing to transform the way that people make payments. We are going to launch a new mobile app during the coming months.
As an Operations Manager you will be responsible of running the day-to-day ops of Mach. We will rely on you to make sure the boat stays afloat even in a very high-grow environment. You will also take care of our most precious value, our clients, by helping them to use Mach to change the way the pay in Chile.
You will:

Create and optimize processes to allow the business to efficiently operate and grow

Oversee our relationships with our providers to ensure they are delivering

Develop our Customer Support. We aim to achieve an outstanding level of support since day one and we need you to take care of this

Ensure the operational continuity of Mach, in coordination with other operational providers

Be responsible for the performance and stability of the platform, prioritizing User Experience
