Looking forward to our world expansion, we're looking for an Office Operations assistant to grow our admin team in Chile.

We are looking for an Office Operations assistant to act as the right hand to the Operations Manager to assist in the daily goings-on of our Santiago office.  You will help organize and coordinate office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly positive and outgoing, well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands. 
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Travel arrangements for employees visiting our offices in Chile and San Francisco, CA
  • Help maintain and promote cleanliness in the office.
  • Welcome new employees
  • Assist in job postings and flow of applicants, candidates as needed
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Resolve account issues that arise.
  • Coordinate all office celebrations.
  • Provide general support to visitors.

About You:

  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Positive, flexible, embrace diversity
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
  • Proven track record of optimizing systems for time and money
  • Expert multi-tasker
