Business Development associate en MACH

MACH is a corporate startup willing to transform the way that people make payments. We are going to launch a new mobile app during the coming months.

As a Business Development Associate you will be in charge of helping us make Mach to become the new way people make payments in Chile. One day you'll be analyzing which users we should target, the next day you will be running a mass event to promote our app. You'll be making things happen with the resources of a big company but the culture of a startup.

You will:

• Identify strategic partnerships to grow the Mach brand and build awareness across the country
• Understand our users both by mining data and analytics and by meeting them in the street
• Execute our go-to-market campaigns by organizing events and other actions
• Drive analysis on important strategic decisions in order to optimize our P&L
• Create dashboards to track performance of the business and inform strategic decisions

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-4 years of business development, management consulting, investment banking or strategy experience
• Startup experience is a possitive asset
• High-achieving graduate from a top Chilean university
• Fluent English speaker
• Proven negotiation skills, we want you to get the best partnerships for us at the best price
• Team player: we are a team pursuing a goal and we want you to be part of it
• Extremely data-focused, advanced Excel skills and strong data visualization skills
• Techie: you should love tech as much as we do and keep up to date with the latest trends
