Beat Profile

We are looking for a Community Manager whose voice will excite our users! In this role, you will be identifying local needs, be in constant communication with our central team and be hands-on with content production by engaging in conversation with our audience through all of our digital channels.

A successful candidate is a social superstar who has the killer ideas, the drive, and the skills to make things happen and a team player who happily incorporates feedback and pivots as necessary. What you'll do day in day out:

  • Work closely with Marketing Manager to implement global social media strategy
  • Identify local content needs and communicate them to central MKT team
  • Have a deep understanding of the messaging, campaigns and promotions taking place within the company and be able to speak to the community with these strategies in mind.
  • Monitor social media channels and identify conversations that the brand could participate
  • Distribute content in all social media channels
  • Reply to comments & questions on all social media channels

What you need to have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, paid digital campaigns.
  • Writing incredible copy that can address multiple audiences – millennials, technology geeks.
  • English is a must, fluent in both writing and speaking.
  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Media Studies or Journalism.
  • Following the latest trends in digital and mobile marketing.
