Desarrollador Full-Stack en Recorrido Latin America SpA

For our upcoming launch and the continued development of our core product, we are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer. We are an early stage start-up combining different backgrounds from Germany and Chile with the mission to disrupt the interurban bus market within Latin America.

We feel this is a great place for you if you already have experience as a full-stack developer and now want to take the next leap and become part of an early-stage e-commerce start-up backed by world-class investors from Germany, Switzerland and Chile.

Your profile:

• You finished your studies in Software Engineering or other IT-related studies
  
• You have at least 1 year of work experience with Ruby on Rails and .erb-templates or similar templating languages
  
• You worked with relational databases like PostgreSQL and Redis and have experiences with Unit testing or TDD
• You have very good knowledge of Twitter Bootstrap, JavaScript (jQuery), Backbone.js / Coffeescript, CSS(3), SASS and HTML(5)
  
• Preferably you have 1 year of professional experience in web development, such as previous work experience in creating websites or applications with front-end development
  
• You are fluent in Spanish, advanced English skills are a plus

Your tasks:

• You develop challenging and responsible tasks and get the chance to develop and implement your own projects
  
• You‘ll be responsible for the optimization and standardization of the system architecture
  
• You will work with the latest technologies that are available to produce a consistent user interface across different devices and browsers with responsive design
  
• You will work closely with our CTO and lead designer to bring awesome interfaces to life
• Personal growth through constant learning, get to know agile software development methods for start-ups that scale
  
• Work in an environment with lean processes and flat hierarchies and get connected to the European Tech and Venture scene
• Be an early part of an e-commerce start-up with high growth potential across Latin America
