Ingeniero QA en DeNA Santiago

DeNA Santiago busca un Ingeniero QA con mínimo 5 años de experiencia en probar información y reportes in QA (test de casos, planes y estrategias). Deseable que esté familiarizado con el desarrollo de videojuegos y el rol que QA juega en este proceso.Indispensable tener un nivel alto de inglés (hablado y escrito).

Responsibilities

· Be the subject matter expert on the projects you lead. Understand every system and feature, including monetization tools, functionality, user experience and project point of contacts. Demonstrate thought leadership on how to most effectively test these systems, find the most crucial bugs early and ensure the project is tested to the highest level possible.

· Build test plans and define testing methodologies to effectively test the projects you lead.

· Successfully lead the day-to-day work of external test team and ensure they have the tools, training and information to effectively find the most critical bugs as early as possible, and ensure that you have indicators that there may be issues.

· Clarify and escalate issues, risks and concerns on testing coverage for your project. Demonstrate pro-active leadership in resolving them.

· Track & communicate objective metrics that communicate the health of the testing process.

· Identify and communicate resources & tools required for effective testing.

· Demonstrate training leadership by sharing best practices used within your project with the rest of the QA organization.

· Demonstrate excellent communication skills. Tailor messages to the intended audience with conciseness and clarity.

· Maintain a strong working relationship with your business partners (game team, developers, engineers, customer support).

Requirements

• 5 - 7 years experience testing mobile, casual-space, or console games.

• Experience working with and managing external test teams.

• Understanding of the way in which users interact with software in a real environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Recommended:

• Familiar with Casual-Space and Mobile Free-to-play games.

• Familiar with Jira, XCode, Terminal, DDMS a Plus.
